The loop

Three steps, then we review together

No long programmes and no homework you'll never finish. We keep the loop short so it actually fits into the first weeks of married life.

STEP 01

Tell us where you are

A short intake form. You describe what feels unclear about your new roles — in your own words, nothing polished.

STEP 02

Meet your guide

One 60-minute session, online or in person. We map expectations, boundaries and the conversations you've been avoiding.

STEP 03

Practise, then review

You leave with two or three concrete habits and a follow-up check-in to see what worked and what needs adjusting.

What changes

Clearer roles, calmer first months

  • A shared vocabulary for roles and household duties — agreed together, not inherited.
  • Word-for-word openings for the first difficult conversations with your partner or in-laws.
  • Clarity on money, family involvement and personal boundaries before they turn into arguments.
  • A comfortable way to talk about intimacy expectations and pace, at your own speed.
  • A weekly rhythm that survives real life — jobs, families, tiredness and everything else.

Client voices

Five women, five different first months

Amara N.

Married 7 months · Dallas, TX

"I expected a lecture about duty. Instead I got questions I'd never asked myself. Two sessions in, my husband and I finally talked about money without it turning into a fight."

★★★★★

Priya R.

Married 4 months · Online from Toronto

"The first weeks were confusing in ways I couldn't explain to anyone. Having one hour a week where nothing was judged made a real difference to how I felt at home."

★★★★★

Elena L.

Married 11 months · Austin, TX

"We came in arguing about chores and left talking about respect. The role-mapping worksheet looked simple, but it's the reason our mornings are calm now."

★★★★★

Marta K.

Married 5 months · Online from Chicago

"My in-laws had a lot of opinions about my role. I learned how to say 'we'll decide that together' without it sounding like an attack. That sentence changed our visits."

★★★★★

Sofia D.

Married 9 months · San Antonio, TX

"I started alone because my husband wasn't sure about it. By the third session he asked to come. We're not perfect, but we talk now instead of avoiding each other."

Questions

Things people ask before booking

We start with 15 minutes of listening — you describe the last two weeks in your own words. The rest of the hour is spent mapping what's clear and what isn't: roles, money, family, intimacy, time alone. You leave with two or three specific things to try before the next conversation. Nothing is recorded, and you can stop the session at any point.

Neither. Hearth Vow is faith-neutral and non-medical. We don't teach doctrine and we don't diagnose anything. If your family or community has specific traditions, we work within them rather than against them — you decide what belongs in your marriage and what doesn't. Our role is practical: helping two people communicate and agree on everyday structure.

No. A large share of clients begin alone, and that works well. If your partner later wants to join, we can switch to a joint format — many couples do this around the third or fourth session. There's no pressure either way. Sessions are about what you can change, and you can change a lot on your own.

Sessions are confidential. Notes are kept in an encrypted system and never shared with family members, partners or third parties. If you attend with your husband, we agree at the start what stays in the room and what can be discussed at home. You may request that no written notes are taken at all — just tell us before the session begins.

It varies. Some clients resolve a specific question in a single session and never return. Others prefer four sessions spread over two or three months, which is our most common format. We'll tell you honestly after the first meeting whether more sessions would help — and we'll say so if they wouldn't. There is no minimum commitment.

A single session is $90, four sessions are $340, and twelve sessions are $960. Payment is taken by card or bank transfer after we confirm your time slot — never through this website. We don't ask for card numbers, CVV codes or identity documents online. If a session doesn't feel useful, tell us within 24 hours and we'll refund it.
